• Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Food & Beverage items that have been opened

Return Conditions

Trendy Supply Cart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Trendy Supply Cart is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
